Your DreamWeaver wristband…
First, charge your DreamWeaver wristband for at least 1½ hours. Once fully charged, the red LED will turn green and it is ready to wear and use. That’s it! No fuss, Lightbringer starts working automatically.

Why can’t I install the app?
The app might not be compatible with your device, it is possible to install LightBringer only on smartphones with Android operating system (from version 4.4) and Apple (from version 9). Compatibility is assured only for the original operating system and not custom ROM.
Why can’t I login?
- Make sure that you have entered the correct Username, Password and PIN. The Password is Case Sensitive which means that it recognises upper-case and lower-case letters.
- Check if your internet connection is working properly
How can I edit my personal details?
Select “Edit profile” on the Account tab and login.
Why do I need to turn on the GPS before I use this app?
To get a more precise location and optimise the LightBringer service.
Why do I need to turn on the Bluetooth?
The DreamWeaver wristband must be connected via Bluetooth to start the service.
How do I change the language settings of the app?
You can't change the language from the app. The app, automatically, switches between English, Italian and Spanish in according with language smartphone settings. Default language is English.
Why is it better to complete the whole registration form rather than only the required fields?
The more information your provide at registration, the better and faster the Operation Centre and rescuers can help you in the event of an emergency.
Why do I need an Internet connection?
In order to benefit fully from the service you require Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
App is not receiving the data / I can’t see any data for heart rate, battery and temperature
Turn off the bluetooth and then turn it back on again, forcibly close the app and reopen. If this fails, restart the smartphone.
The app can’t detect the DreamWeaver wristband
Put your DreamWeaver closest to the smartphone and make sure that it's on (LEDs blue and green flashing).
I can’t connect the DreamWeaver wristband
Make sure that the Bluetooth is active on the smartphone and that the LEDs are flashing green and blue. If not, put the wristband on and wait about 8 second until they switch on.
How do I reset DreamWeaver wristband?
To reset the DreamWeaver wristband you just have to connect it to the charger; there will be 1 acoustic signal and all the three LEDs will switch on.
I can’t switch the DreamWeaver wristband on
Make sure that you are wearing the wristband correctly. After about 8 seconds the green and blue LEDs will switch on. If they don’t switch on, reset the wristband.
The temperature shown on the app is not my real temperature
The temperature recorded by the sensors is your skin temperature which is different from your core temperature (read by thermometer).
I’m not receiving data/ the DreamWeaver wristbands LEDs are flashing blue and green.
You might be out of the Bluetooth's range. The DreamWaver wristband works correctly within 8 metres of the smartphone.
Using the DreamWeaver wristband on board a plane
Before boarding an aircraft follow this procedure:
- Stop the LightBringer service
- Enable airplane mode on the smartphone
- Remove the DreamWeaver from the wrist.
